Simple commercial model
Paid lead pricing and key enquiry details are shown before you decide to unlock an introduction. Refund or replacement requests are reviewed case by case. There is no commission, roster or minimum commitment. Founding tutors receive their first suitable introduction free.

The model is intentionally straightforward: customers request matches free, while tutors may pay for selected introductions.
Is EduConnect free for learners and families?
Yes. There is no fee to submit a request or receive tutor introductions. If you choose a tutor, lesson fees are arranged and paid directly between you and that tutor.
How does EduConnect make money?
Independent tutors may pay EduConnect a marketing fee to unlock an introduction. That fee does not come out of the tutor’s lesson payments, and EduConnect does not take a percentage of lessons.
Are the tutors employed by EduConnect?
No. Tutors are independent providers, not employees or contractors delivering services for EduConnect. Each tutor decides their own services, availability and rates.
Do you guarantee results or tutor availability?
No. We use your request to look for relevant tutors, but cannot guarantee an introduction, availability, compatibility or academic outcome.
What should I check before arranging lessons?
Speak with the tutor, confirm their identity, experience, qualifications, rates, cancellation policy and any Working with Children Check that is appropriate. A parent or guardian should remain the contact for students under 18.
